A new rattle, a change in movement or a long gap since its last service is a reason to have the system inspected. You do not need to know which part is responsible before getting in touch.

Inspection helps identify visible wear and issues that need attention. Tell us about new noises, changes in movement or anything you have noticed. We explain what we find, including whether maintenance or a separate repair makes sense.
Attention to the moving parts.
Lubrication is part of maintenance for the door system. The appropriate treatment depends on the components and their condition. It does not restore a worn-out part or repair damage; if a part needs replacing, we explain that separately.
Check how it works together.
A tune-up looks at how the system is operating and where maintenance attention is needed. The aim is smooth everyday operation. It is not a guarantee against future wear or breakdowns, and it does not add cycles to a spring.

The right service for the problem
A tune-up is maintenance. A repair is different.
The important part is understanding what the door needs. A low-cost service should come with a clear explanation.
Routine attention.
The Lube & Tune is for maintenance of the door system. Lubrication, tune-up and inspection help us look at its condition and the way it operates.
If you are unsure whether that fits what you are seeing, call or text and describe the symptoms before booking.
No pressure. No sales tactics. We explain what the door needs so you can decide on the next step.

Tell us what's changed.
A noise, rough movement or a concern about wear gives us a starting point. Tell us when it happens and how you normally use the door.
Look at the system.
We inspect the door and explain whether maintenance is appropriate or whether a repair needs attention. The condition of the equipment guides the recommendation.
Maintain and explain.
We carry out the agreed maintenance and talk through what we found. If more work is needed, you get an explanation and a separate quote to consider.

Lubrication, tune-up and inspection to help keep your garage door running smoothly. It is a maintenance service. Replacement parts and additional repairs are quoted separately for your approval.
Noise can come from lubrication needs, wear, loose hardware or other issues. A tune-up may help when maintenance is the cause, but it cannot fix every noise. We inspect the system and explain whether a repair is needed.
No. A broken spring needs a repair, and a tune-up does not add cycles to a spring or guarantee that it will not break. If you suspect a broken spring, stop using the door. See broken spring repair.
The right interval depends on the equipment, its condition and how often you use it. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance guidance and ask about an appropriate schedule for your door. A new noise or change in movement is a reason to have it checked.
We explain what we found and the practical options. Replacement parts and additional repairs are quoted separately. You choose whether to approve that work; booking maintenance does not approve extra repairs.
