Why we started
True Lift.
We started True Lift because we saw homeowners being let down at both ends of the garage-door market.
A high price didn't always mean good work.
We saw companies putting sales ahead of workmanship — overcharging, pushing work people didn't need, and delivering less than customers expected. We didn't want to keep working that way.
A cheap fix could leave the problem behind.
We also saw temporary repairs, incorrect or undersized parts, and doors called fine when real safety problems still needed attention. Saving money up front doesn't help if the door isn't properly repaired.
We wanted to build a company where high-quality workmanship and fair pricing belong together. That means the right parts for your door, an explanation you can understand, and honest options without pressure.
